Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@terox.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra charge. Contact us at support@terox.shop with a photo of the damage.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been used or are not in original condition
  • Downloadable software or digital products

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
