How to Track Your Package

Step 2: Track on the Carrier's Website
You can also track your order directly on the shipping carrier's website using your tracking number. Common carriers we use include USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Visit their tracking page and enter your tracking number for detailed shipment information.

Delivery Timeframes

United States: 7-14 business days
International: 15-30 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience as your order makes its way to you.

Tracking Not Updated?

Don't worry if your tracking information hasn't updated in 5+ days. This is normal and can happen for several reasons:

• Your package is in transit between sorting facilities
• Weather or logistical delays
• The carrier hasn't scanned your package at certain checkpoints
• International packages may have longer gaps between updates due to customs processing

In most cases, your package is still on its way to you even if tracking appears stagnant. We recommend waiting a few more days before taking action.
